Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Rochdi TALIB

A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine in Casablanca, Rochdi Talib is a seasoned anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist. He is a former resident at the Hôpitaux de Paris and a former attending at the Hôpitaux de France.

From 1996 to 2009, Rochdi TALIB led the Socrate Clinic as its Director. Driven to match the healthcare quality and facilities of developed nations for Moroccan patients, he founded the Jerrada Oasis Clinic, which started in 2011. In this facility, he not only practiced as an anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist but also steered the clinic as its Medical Director and manager.

In pursuit of his vision to create a group of clinics, in 2016, he established AKDITAL Holding SARL and was its manager. Following the company’s evolution into a joint-stock company, he has held the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AKDITAL Holding since 2016.

Executive Vice President

Jaouad ZAKARIA

After earning his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy in Casablanca, Jaouad ZAKARIA pursued advanced specialization in anesthesiology and intensive care at the University of Bichat in Paris, complemented by a university diploma in pathology and emergency care from Pitié-Salpêtrière University.

His medical career commenced in 1991 at the Arpajon Hospital Center as an intern, taking him through esteemed institutions like Henri Mondor, Necker, Saint Joseph, and the Gustave Roussy Institute, where he honed his expertise in intensive care and anesthesiology. In October 1995, Jaouad took on the role of Attending Physician in Anesthesiology and intensive Care at the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital Group, a post he held until the end of 1997 before his return to Morocco as an Anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist.

Over 15 years at Abdelmoumen Clinic followed, from 2002 to 2018, culminating in his transition to the AKDITAL Group as an Anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Ilyas EL HARTI

Ilyas El Harti, with his Master’s in Finance and Tax, spent two pivotal years managing accounting and administrative affairs at A.R.D. Consultants. His journey then led him to the Briqueterie Jbel Annour Group, where he served as the Administrative and Financial Manager for three years starting in 2008. His trajectory continued to ascend as he joined Générale d’Afrique, a Dennis Group subsidiary, taking the helm as Investment Director for four years, before being appointed to Chief Financial Officer of the Dennis Group.

In June 2020, Ilyas joined the AKDITAL Group, as Director of the Finance and Support Department.,

Human ressources Director

Yamina KASSABI

Armed with degrees in Commercial Management and Information Technology, and in Business Management and Administration from IHEES, She also obtained a Master’s in Human Resources Management from EHTP and IAE Strasbourg in 2007.

During her career, Yamina has worked for an array of firms including S2I technologies, Hala Fisheries, and Pierre Fabr. She subsequently contributed to the launch of Safran Nacelles Morocco, where she ascended through various positions before being promoted to HR Director in 2011. In 2019, Yamina moved to the Premium SA Group as the Human Resources Director for Morocco & Africa.

In March 2022, she decided to take on a new challenge joining the AKDITAL Group as the Human Resources Director.

Chief Operating Officer

Amal RAJI

In 2006, Amal Raji earned a degree from the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE) in audit and accounting, followed by a Master’s in Finance from the Neoma Business School in 2009.

Post-master’s, Amal embarked on her professional journey as a business account manager at Société Générale Morocco, a tenure lasting about four years. She then joined to CIH Bank at the end of 2013, where she served as a senior account manager for major accounts.

Since December 2020, Amal has been leading the Chief Operating Officer at AKDITAL.

Chief Information Officer

Mohamed EL BOUZIDI

Mohammed El Bouzidi is an alumnus of the University of Pau and Pays de l’Adour, where he earned his Master’s degree in Statistics and Information Technology for Decision Making.

He gained ten years’ experience at Accenture as a project manager.

In July 2018, Mohammed El Bouzidi took the reins of the Information System Department at AKDITAL.

Director of pharmacy and medical devices procurement center

Amine CHEIKH

Dr. Amine Cheikh holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a Ph.D. in Health Economics from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Rabat, complemented by an Executive MBA from ISCAE.

His professional journey began at the National Health Insurance Agency, where he served as Head of Medico-Technical Standards department alongside the rollout of the Mandatory Health Insurance program. Subsequently, he played a pivotal role in the implementation and advancement of various key projects at the Cheikh Zaid Foundation, including a bioequivalence center, wholesale pharmaceutical center, hospital pharmacies, and university degrees and training programs.

In 2023, Dr. Cheikh became a member of the AKDITAL Group family, joining the healthcare success story in Morocco as the Director of pharmacy and the medical devices procurement center.
